GUARD FENCE FOR MELTING FURNACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard fence for a melting furnace capable of securing safety of an operator, without causing a hindrance to work on the melting furnace periphery.SOLUTION: A guard fence for a melting furnace comprises a double structure guard fence 7 composed of a freely openable-closable front face guard fence 2 installed on a front face of a melting furnace, a freely movable mobile type guard fence 3 installed on both sides of a front side surface of the melting furnace, a freely collapsible collapsible type guard fence 4 installed on one side surface of the melting furnace, a fixed guard fence 5 installed on the outside of the other side surface of the melting furnace and an opening-closing-controlled guard fence 6 installed on the inside of the other side surface and having a rotary shaft 8 on one end. In the guard fence for the melting furnace, the front face guard fence is composed of a pair of bilateral symmetry guard fences having the rotary shaft on one end, and a lower side part on the tip side is desirably released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶解炉周辺における作業に支障をきたすことなく、かつ、作業者の安全の確保を図ることができる溶解炉用防護柵を提供する。【解決手段】溶解炉の前面に設置した開閉自在の前面防護柵2と、溶解炉の前方側面両側に設置した移動自在の移動式防護柵3と、溶解炉の一方の側面に設置した折り畳み自在の折り畳み式防護柵4と、溶解炉の他方の側面の外側に設置した固定防護柵5、及び他方の側面の内側に設置した一端に回動軸8を有する開閉制御された防護柵6からなる二重構造防護柵7を備える溶解炉用防護柵。前面防護柵は一端に回動軸を有する左右対称の一対の防護柵からなり、先端側の下側部分が解放されていることが、好ましい溶解炉用防護柵。【選択図】図1
