To provide a molding capable of suppressing damage and a manufacturing method for the molding.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a molding comprises a drying step of drying an undried molding containing a ceramic powder and/or a metal powder, an organic binder, and a solvent by removing the solvent from the undried molding. In the drying step, the volume ratio of the solvent is 0.1% or more and 20.0% or less. The molding after drying contains the ceramic powder and/or the metal powder, the organic binder, and the solvent.
