To provide a mounting structure of a bathroom lighting capable of reducing the width dimension of a lighting device, and a bathroom with the lighting device.SOLUTION: In a mounting structure for mounting a lighting device L in a bathroom, the lighting device L comprising a light source unit 30 and a case 40 for housing the light source unit 30 and having a translucent part 42 on a surface thereof and extending in an axial direction, a locking part K for locking the case 40 to the illumination fixing frame 20 is provided on a front surface of the illumination fixing frame 20 fixed to the bathroom and a rear surface of the case 40, wherein the locking part K is brought into a locked state by sliding movement of the lighting device L in a first direction with respect to the illumination fixing frame 20, and the lighting device L slides in the second direction with respect to the illumination fixing frame 20 to be in an unlocked state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
