SCREW FIXATION METHOD
To provide a screw fixation method capable of preventing a screw from loosening as reducing work labor when fixing metallic material on a rear surface of finishing material.SOLUTION: A screw fixation method for screwing a screw 3 into a drilled hole 2 pre-drilled in a rear surface of a finishing material 1 to fix metallic material 4 on the rear surface of the finishing material 1 comprises: a first step of forming a tapped part 6 in a near-surface side of a part of the drilled hole 2 using a tapping process; a second step of screwing the screw 3 into the drilled hole 2 as the screw 3 screwing with the tapped part 6; and, subsequently following the second step, a third step of forcefully screwing the screw 3 into a depth side with no tapped part 7 of the drilled hole 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】仕上げ材の裏面部に金物を固定するに当たり、作業手間の軽減を図りながら、ねじの緩み止め対策を講じること。【解決手段】仕上げ材１の裏面部に予め形成された削孔部２にねじ３をねじ込んで、仕上げ材１の裏面部に金物４を固定するねじ固定方法であって、削孔部２の一部である手前側にタップ切加工によりタップ切部６を形成する第１工程と、タップ切部６に螺合させる状態でねじ３を削孔部２にねじ込む第２工程と、第２工程に引き続いて、削孔部２においてタップ切部７が形成されていない奥側にねじ３を強制的にねじ込む第３工程とを行う。【選択図】図２
