ASSEMBLY SLAB TYPE LUMBER STEEL MATERIAL COMPOSITE NODE AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREFOR
To provide an assembly slab type lumber steel material composite node and an assembly method therefor.SOLUTION: In a node, a connection-type composite structure using lumber together with steel material is adopted to reduce a fracture probability of the node and improve loading capacity of the whole building. A composite node includes: a lumber steel material composite pole and a rectangular wooden beam; a joining component for joining the lumber steel material composite pole to the rectangular wooden beam; and a wooden slab to which the lumber steel material composite pole, the rectangular wooden beam, and the joining component are joined together to support the wooden slab. The lumber steel material composite pole comprises a hollow cross-shaped outer square wooden pole, and a rectangular block is provided on the outer square wooden pole by integral molding. Into the outer square wooden pole is fitted a steel sleeve. Into the steel sleeve is fitted an inner wooden pole. In the inner wooden pole, a pole longitudinal direction reinforcement is provided so as to pass through. A lateral direction reinforcement passes through the rectangular block and is fixed to the steel sleeve. At an end of the lateral direction reinforcement is provided a screw thread.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、組立スラブ式木材鋼材複合節点及びその組立方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】節点中に木材鋼材を併用した、繋ぎ合わせ式複合構造を採用し、節点の破壊確率を低減し、建築物全体の耐荷力を向上させる。複合節点は、木材鋼材複合柱及び角形木梁、木材鋼材複合柱及び角形木梁を接合するための接合コンポーネント、並びに木材鋼材複合柱、角形木梁及び接合コンポーネントが共に接合され且つ支持する木製スラブを含む。木材鋼材複合柱は中空の十字形外側角形木柱を備え、外側角形木柱には一体成型によって角形ブロックが設けられている。外側角形木柱には鋼スリーブが嵌め込まれており、鋼スリーブには内木柱が嵌め込まれており、内木柱内には柱縦方向鉄筋が貫設されており、横方向鉄筋は角形ブロックを貫通して鋼スリーブに固設され、横方向鉄筋の端部にはねじ山が設けられている。【選択図】 図1
