FOLDABLE SLAB CENTER POLE COMPOSITE NODE AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREFOR
To provide a foldable slab center pole composite node and an assembly method therefor.SOLUTION: A structure using lumber together with steel material is adopted, a foldable slab assembly type pole beam composite node ensures construction quality, improves construction efficiency, and improves aseismatic performance of a structure. A foldable slab center pole composite node includes: a lumber steel material composite pole and a rectangular wooden beam; a joining component for joining the lumber steel material composite pole to the rectangular wooden beam; and a foldable wooden slab to which the lumber steel material composite pole, the rectangular wooden beam, and the joining component are joined together to support the foldable wooden slab. The joining component includes: a screw thread sleeve having both ends joined to a lateral direction reinforcement and a longer direction protruding reinforcement, respectively; and twin annular plates. The twin annular plates include an upper annular plate and a lower annular plate that have a cross-shaped groove. Dovetail grooves are provided at a connection part between the annular plates. A rectangular plate is provided at a cross root part of a joint part between the upper annular plate and the lower annular plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、折り畳み式スラブ中柱複合節点及びその組立方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】木材・鋼材の併用構造を採用し、折り畳み式スラブ、組立式柱梁複合節点により、施工品質を保証し、施工効率を高め、構造の耐震性能を向上させる。折り畳み式スラブ中柱複合節点は、木材鋼材複合柱及び角形木梁、木材鋼材複合柱及び角形木梁を接合するための接合コンポーネント、並びに木材鋼材複合柱、角形木梁及び接合コンポーネントが共に接合され且つ支持する折り畳み式木製スラブを含む。接合コンポーネントは、両端がそれぞれ横方向鉄筋及び長手方向突出鉄筋に接合されるねじ山スリーブ、及びツイン環状板を含む。ツイン環状板は、十字形溝を有する上側環状板及び下側環状板を備え、環状板の継ぎ目部には蟻接ぎ溝が設けられ、上側環状板と下側環状板の接合部分の十字根本部には角形板が設けられている。【選択図】図1
