CONCRETE EXFOLIATION PREVENTION METHOD
To provide a concrete exfoliation prevention material with a water conveyance film, which has efficient load resistant performance to concrete piece exfoliation and has water conveyance capability, and is inexpensive as well as having an excellent workability and can employ the same for a tunnel exfoliation prevention method or the like and a manufacturing method thereof, and a concrete exfoliation prevention method.SOLUTION: A concrete exfoliation prevention material 10 with a water conveyance film is for preventing concrete exfoliation from a concrete surface by fixing at the concrete surface and for conveying water leakage from the concrete surface downwards. The concrete exfoliation prevention material with the water conveyance film has FRP lattice reinforcements 100 that are formed by arranging reinforcing-bars of fiber-reinforced resins in lattice-like manner, a net-like body 3 that is provided at one side of the FRP lattice reinforcements 100 and has cells smaller than those of the FRP lattice reinforcements 100, and a water conveyance film 4 with its thickness of 0.01 to 0.1 mm that is provided at an opposite side to the FRP lattice reinforcements 100 of the net-like body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート片の剥落に対しても十分な耐荷重性能を有し、且つ、導水機能を有した、安価なしかも良好な施工性を有するトンネルの剥落防止工法などに使用することのできる導水フィルム付きコンクリート剥落防止材及びその製造方法、並びに、コンクリート剥落防止方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート面に固定してコンクリート面からのコンクリートの剥落を防止すると共に、コンクリート面からの漏水を下方へと導水するための導水フィルム付きコンクリート剥落防止材10であって、繊維強化樹脂である補強筋を格子状に配置して形成されたFRP格子筋100と、FRP格子筋100の一側に設けられ、FRP格子筋100の升目より小さい升目を有した網状物3と、網状物3の、FRP格子筋100とは反対側に設けられた厚さが0.01〜0.1mmとされる導水フィルム4と、を有した導水フィルム付きコンクリート剥落防止材である。【選択図】図1
