CONCRETE PIECE EXFOLIATION PREVENTION METHOD
To provide a concrete piece exfoliation prevention method capable of forming a coated film hardly causing the flaking of concrete pieces in a surface side of a concrete body by using a coating material long in working life.SOLUTION: The method forms a primer layer on a surface side of a concrete body, forming an elastic resin layer on the primer layer, and then a reinforcement layer on the elastic resin layer, and a coated film by laminating the primer layer, the elastic resin layer and the reinforcement layer is formed on a concrete body surface. The primer layer is formed by applying a one-packed epoxy resin in a concrete body surface side. The elastic resin layer is formed by applying a one-packed moisture curable urethane resin on the primer layer. The reinforcement layer is formed by applying a coating material containing an isocyanurate compound which is a trimer of isophorone diisocyanate, an isocyanate prepolymer obtained by reacting polypropylene glycol and isophorone diisocyanate, dimethylthiotoluenediamine, and a filler on the elastic resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 可使時間が長い塗装材を用い、コンクリート片が剥落しにくい被膜をコンクリート躯体の表面側に形成しうるコンクリート片の剥落防止工法を提供する。【解決手段】 この工法は、コンクリート躯体の表面側にプライマー層を形成した後、プライマー層上に弾性樹脂層を形成し、次いで、弾性樹脂層上に補強層を形成するものであり、コンクリート躯体表面に、プライマー層、弾性樹脂層及び補強層が積層されてなる被膜が形成される。プライマー層は、コンクリート躯体表面側に１液型エポキシ樹脂を塗布して形成する。弾性樹脂層は、プライマー層上に１液湿気硬化型ウレタン樹脂を塗布して形成する。補強層は、イソホロンジイソシアネートの三量体であるイソシアヌレート化合物と、ポリプロピレングリコール及びイソホロンジイソシアネートを反応させて得られるイソシアネートプレポリマーと、ジメチルチオトルエンジアミンと、充填材とを含む塗装材を、弾性樹脂層上に塗布して形成する。【選択図】 なし
