To provide a dissimilar material joint structure allowing installation in a narrow joint area, and capable of enhancing deviation rigidity and shear capacity with excellent versatility.SOLUTION: A dissimilar material joint structure 100 is provided with: a H-beam 11 as one type of structural steel members; a plurality of shear resistance members 1, 1 fixedly attached on an outer surface of a web 11a of the H-beam 11; concrete member 13 casted so as to enclose steel bars 12 placed around the H-beam 11 and the shear resistance members 1, 1. The shear resistance member 1 comprises: a base plate part 2 in a flat plate shape; a through hole penetrating the base plate part 2 in a thickness direction; a projected edge part 4 projecting outward further than a surface 2a of the base plate part 2 from an inner peripheral edge of the through hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
