ANCHOR INSTALLATION STRUCTURE
To provide an anchor installation structure which can obtain a fixing force with essential and sufficient installation strength in normal usage, and can prevent breakage of a fragile base material where an anchor is installed and in which a repair/recovery work at breakage can be carried out with less labor even when an impact force is applied.SOLUTION: An anchor installation structure installs, in a fragile base material 100, an anchor 1 constituted of: an exterior body 2 formed with a female screw portion 21 at its inner periphery; and a breakage inducing bolt 3 formed with a male screw portion 33 screwed with the female screw portion 21 of the exterior body 2 on its outer periphery. The exterior body 2 is stored in a bottomed hole 110 formed in the fragile base material 100. The male screw portion 33 of the breakage inducing bolt 3 is screwed with the female screw portion 21 of the exterior body 2, to fix the breakage inducing bolt 3 to the fragile base material 100. At a predetermined position in a bolt axis direction in a protruding part of the breakage inducing bolt 3 which protrudes from a surface of the fragile base material 100, there is provided a breakage inducing portion 34 with strength at least lower than that of the male screw portion 33 screwed with the exterior body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】通常の使用時には必要十分な設置強度の定着力を得ることができると共に、万一衝撃力が加わったときにアンカーが設置されている脆弱母材の破壊を防止でき、破損時の修理・復旧作業を少ない労力で行うことができる。【解決手段】内周に雌ねじ部21が形成された外装体2と、外装体2の雌ねじ部21に螺合される雄ねじ部33が外周に形成された破断誘発ボルト3から構成されるアンカー1を脆弱母材100に設置するアンカー設置構造であり、脆弱母材100に形成された有底穴110に外装体2が収容され、破断誘発ボルト3の雄ねじ部33が外装体2の雌ねじ部21に螺合されて破断誘発ボルト3が脆弱母材100に定着されていると共に、脆弱母材100の表面から突出する破断誘発ボルト3の突出部分におけるボルト軸方向の所定位置に、少なくとも外装体2へ螺合する雄ねじ部33よりも強度が低い破断誘発部34が設けられる。【選択図】図5
