STRUCTURAL SEALANT DISCHARGING DEVICE
To provide a structural sealant discharging device that allows a structural sealant to be easily used at a work site with respect to SSG (structural sealant glazing) system.SOLUTION: A mixing/discharging device 100 mixes a main agent and a curing agent of a structural sealant 14 from a main agent cartridge 32 and a curing agent cartridge 34, which are connected to each other via a connection part, and discharges the resultant mixture to a structure having a glass panel and a frame body for supporting the glass panel. The mixing/discharging device has a tubular part 20b that directly covers the outer peripheral side surface of the main agent cartridge 32 except for the connection part, and the tubular part 20b has a shape which can limit deformation of the main agent cartridge 32 when the structural sealant is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】本発明は、ＳＳＧ構法に関して、構造用シーラントを作業現場で容易に使用できる構造シーラントの吐出装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】混合吐出装置１００は、ガラスパネルおよび当該ガラスパネルを支持する枠体を有する構造体に対して、接続部を介して互いに接続されている主剤カートリッジ３２と硬化剤カートリッジ３４とから、構造シーラント１４の主剤と硬化剤とを混合しながら吐出する装置であって、主剤カートリッジ３２の接続部以外の外周側面を直接覆う管状部２０ｂを有し、管状部２０ｂは、構造シーラントが吐出されるとき主剤カートリッジ３２の変形を制限可能な形状を有する。【選択図】図５
