To make a skip floor and bearing walls coexist, and easily perform structural calculation of a building.SOLUTION: Veneer 26 for structure is mounted on at least a surface on a side provided with a skip floor 15 among a plurality of columns 20, 21 and 22 constituting a structural skeleton of a building 1 and constitutes bearing walls 11, 12 and 13, the skip floor 15 includes underfloor supporting veneer 34, a plurality of floor beams 30 for supporting the underfloor supporting veneer 34 and floor receiving parts 32 and 33 that are provided along the veneer 26 for structure and support the end of the underfloor supporting veneer 34, in which the floor receiving parts 32 and 33 have a first floor receiving part 32 that is arranged on a surface on an opposite side to the skip floor 15 in the veneer 26 for structure and is fixed to the structural skeleton, and a second floor receiving part 33 that is arranged on the surface on the side of the skip floor 15 in the veneer 26 for structure, is fixed to the veneer 26 for structure and the first floor receiving part 32, and receives the end of the underfloor supporting veneer 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
