To provide a deck structure and a deck construction method which hardly cause wobble and facilitate removal.SOLUTION: A deck structure includes: deck materials 10 laid along a construction surface E; support frames 20 for supporting the deck materials 10 from below; a plurality of strut members 30 for supporting the support frame 20 from below; and a strut receiving member 40 that extends in a predetermined direction and is mounted on the construction surface E, in which the strut receiving member 40 is provided with holding parts 44 for holding the plurality of the strut members 30 in a state where vertical movement of each of the strut members 30 is restricted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
