To provide a ceiling member excellent in soundproofing property, especially in soundproofing property at high frequency, and also excellent in lightweight property.SOLUTION: A ceiling member is provided with: a spandrel 10 having a square main surface 11, side surfaces 13a and 13b erected toward the same surface side of the main surface 11 on opposite sides 12a and 12b of the main surface 11, a first engagement part 14a provided on one side surface 13a, and a second engagement part 14b having a shape engageable with the first engagement part 14a and provided on the other side surface 13b; and a laminate 20 disposed in a recessed part 15 formed by the main surface 11 and the side surfaces 12a and 12b and having a first face material 22 provided on the main surface 11 via a first adhesive layer 21 and a second face material 24 provided on the first face material 22 via a second adhesive layer 23. The area ratio of a region occupied by the first adhesive layer in the overlapping region of the main surface and the first face material is 5% or more and 95% or less, and the area ratio of a region occupied by the second adhesive layer in the overlapping region of the first face material and the second face material is 5% or more and 95% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
