To provide a separator capable of preventing degradation and appearance deterioration of a hardening body even when the hardening body is exposed under outside environment for a long period of time.SOLUTION: There is provided a separator interposed between molds disposed to face each other at an interval, in which the separator comprises a rodlike body member formed with a male screw part at both ends, and the body member comprises fiber reinforcing plastic which includes reinforced fiber and synthetic resin.
