CELLULOSE NANOFIBER-ADDED ZRO2-AL2O3-BASED CERAMIC GRANULATED BODY, METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRANULATED BODY, CALCINED POWDER OBTAINED BY USING GRANULATED BODY, METHOD FOR PRODUCING CALCINED POWDER, CERAMIC SINTERED BODY OBTAINED BY USING CALCINED POWDER, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CERAMIC SINTERED BODY
To provide a high-density ZrO2-Al2O3-based ceramic sintered body having high mechanical properties, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method includes: a step A of mixing a Zr salt, a Y salt and an Al salt so that a mole fraction of ZrO2 and Y2O3 is 97.0:3.0 to 98.0:2.0, and a mole fraction of Y2O3-added ZrO2 and Al2O3 is 80:20 to 70:30, adding alkali to the resultant mixed solution for neutralization, and coprecipitating Zr, Y, Al to prepare ZrO2(Y2O3)-Al2O3-neutralized-and-coprecipitated uncalcined powder; a step B of providing a cellulose nanofiber (CNF) aqueous dispersion having predetermined viscosity; a step C of adding the CNF aqueous dispersion to the uncalcined powder so that CNF is 0.12-0.20 pt.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the powder, and thereafter mixing them to be processed into a granulated body; and a step D of heating the obtained granulated body at 650-750°C for 7-12 hours, then calcining the heated body further at 800-950°C for 0.5-3 hours to produce a calcined powder. The calcined powder is pressure-molded and then sintered in an atmospheric air, or the calcined powder is mixed with a c-BN powder or a ZrC powder and then is molded and sintered, thereby producing a high-intensity ceramics.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高密度で、高い機械的特性を有するZrO2-Al2O3系セラミックス焼結体及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】Zr塩とY塩とAl塩を用いて、ZrO2とY2O3のモル比率が97.0:3.0〜98.0:2.0で、Y2O3添加ZrO2とAl2O3のモル比率が80:20〜70:30となるよう混合を行い、この混合溶液にアルカリを添加して中和を行い、Zr, Y, Alを共沈させてZrO2(Y2O3)-Al2O3中和共沈未仮焼粉体を調製し(工程A)、特定粘度のセルロースナノファイバー(CNF)水分散液を準備し(工程B)、前記粉体100質量部に対し、CNFが0.12〜0.20質量部となるように前記CNF水分散液を添加して混合を行った後、造粒体に加工し(工程C)、得られた造粒体を650〜750℃で7〜12時間熱処理し、更に800〜950℃で0.5〜3時間仮焼成して仮焼粉体を作製する(工程D)。この仮焼粉体を加圧成形して大気中で焼結又は、c-BN粉体やZrC粉体と混合後に成形して焼結すると高強度のセラミックスが製造できる。【選択図】なし
