To provide a lightweight resin floorboard used at construction and civil engineering sites and event venues, being an especially lightweight resin floorboard that can suppress warpage due to changes in temperature.SOLUTION: Each layer is formed so as to be sheet-like. A first layer 1 which is the uppermost surface is made of a hard synthetic resin material. A second layer 2 is a synthetic resin reinforced fiber mesh member. A third layer 3 is a soft member made of synthetic resin formed so as to be plate-like. A fourth layer 4 is a reinforced fiber mesh member made of synthetic resin like the second layer 2. A fifth layer 5 is a thermoplastic synthetic resin material formed so as to be sheet-like. A sixth layer 6 which is the lowermost surface is made of a hard polyethylene comprising of a sheet-like synthetic resin and having mesh gaps. Each of the layers is stacked on the sixth layer 6 in order from the fifth layer 5 to the first layer 1. The fifth layer 5 is passed through the gaps of the sixth layer 6 by thermal vapor deposition press working to form a slip prevention portion of the lowermost surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築・土木工事現場やイベント会場などで使用される樹脂製軽量敷板の特に温度変化による反り上がりを抑えることの出来る軽量樹脂製の敷板を提供する。【解決手段】各層がシート状をなし、最上面部となる第1層1は硬質合成樹脂材により構成され、第2層2は合成樹脂製強化繊維メッシュ部材で、第3層3は板状に形成された合成樹脂製の軟質部材で、第4層4は第2層2と同様に合成樹脂製強化繊維メッシュ部材で、第5層5はシート状をなす熱可塑性合成樹脂材で、最下面部となる第6層6は合成樹脂製のシート状でメッシュ目の隙間を有する硬質ポリエチレンで構成されてなり、前記各層は第6層6の上に第5層5から第1層1まで順番に積み重ねられ、熱蒸着プレス加工により前記第5層5が第6層6の前記隙間を通過し、最下部面部のずれ止め部を形成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
