PLANKING AND PLANKING MANUFACTURING METHOD
To provide a planking and planking manufacturing method that can have a non-slip function provided or removed as needed.SOLUTION: Planking comprises an auxiliary plate coated with an anti-slip material fixed to the surface of a planking body. Additionally, the anti-slip material comprises: granules made of ceramics or roof tiles or volcanic ash having a prescribed particle size; powder made of ceramics or roof tiles or volcanic ash having a prescribed particle size; and a binder that fixes the granules and powder to the coated surface of the auxiliary plate. The anti-slip material is a mixture of granules and powder with a binder. The total weight of the granules and powder is 50% to 80% of the total weight. The particle size of the granules is 1 mm to 4 mm and the particle size of the powder is less than 1 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】必要に応じて、滑り止め機能を設けたり、取り外したりすることができる敷板および敷板の製造方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】敷板本体の表面に、防滑材を塗布した補助板を固定したことを特徴とし、また、防滑材は、所定の粒径の陶磁器若しくは瓦又は火山灰からなる粒体と、所定の粒径の陶磁器若しくは瓦又は火山灰からなる粉体と、粒体と粉体とを補助板の塗布面に固着させるバインダとからなり、粒体及び粉体を、バインダと混合したもので、粒体と粉体との合計の重量が、全重量の50%〜80%であり、粒体の粒径が1mm〜4mmで、粉体の粒径が1mm未満であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
