AUXILIARY SUPPORT FOR OUTER PANEL INSTALLATION AND OUTER PANEL INSTALLATION METHOD
To provide an auxiliary support for outer panel installation and an outer panel installation method using the auxiliary support, which enables efficient installation of outer panels eliminating the necessity of setting up and removal of large-scale temporary members even in narrow plots without spaces for erecting scaffolds.SOLUTION: An auxiliary support 60 for outer panel installation which is applied as a guide in the installation of an outer panel 50A on the upper side of a sill beam 30 comprises: a vertically-running body piece 73; guide pieces 74, 75, which protrude sideways from the body piece 73, and in which part of the outer panel 50A is accommodated; a first installation bolt 81, which protrudes from the body piece 73 and is engaged being lowered into a guiding-and-engaging groove 16 provided in a metal fitting 10 for a first outer panel installation; a latch piece 84 which protrudes from the body piece 73 and is latched on the top face of the sill beam 30; and a fastener 86 which protrudes from the latch piece 84 and is latched on a wall surface of the metal fitting 10 for a first outer panel installation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】足場を設置するスペースがない狭小敷地においても、大掛かりな仮設部材の設置や取り外しを不要としながら、効率的に外壁パネルを取り付けることを可能とした、外壁パネル取り付け補助具と、この外壁パネル取り付け補助具を用いる外壁パネル取り付け方法を提供すること。【解決手段】土台梁３０の上方に外壁パネル５０Ａを取り付ける際のガイドとして適用される、外壁パネル取り付け補助具６０であり、上下に延設する本体片７３と、本体片７３から側方に張り出して外壁パネル５０Ａの一部が収容される案内片７４，７５と、本体片７３から張り出して第一外壁パネル取り付け金具１０の備える案内係合溝１６に落とし込まれて係合される第一取り付けボルト８１と、本体片７３から張り出して土台梁３０の上面に係止される係止片８４と、係止片８４から張り出して第一外壁パネル取り付け金具１０の壁面に留められる留め具８６と、を有する。【選択図】図７
