INSTALLATION OF COIL-SHAPED OBJECT COVERED BY NET
To provide a construction method capable of causing CA mortar and a flowable material to flow out to a desired place on a lower surface of a block by using a hydraulic head pressure.SOLUTION: In a state in which a coil having an opening width of 4 mm or more is installed on a base layer of a pavement, or a state in which the coil is covered by a bag-shaped net and the coil is installed on the base layer, or after covering the coil installed on the base layer with the net having an opening width of 4 mm or more, covering a periphery of an installation object with crushed stone or aggregate, and laying out, blocks are installed thereon. After installation, by pouring CA mortar or flowable material through a void part of the coil, the CA mortar flows in the coil and flows out from meshes on the coil to configure a spacer organization. In addition, a construction method in which the CA mortar reaches a remote place on a lower surface of the block with a length of the coil is provided. The length and the place of the installed coil are not limited, and free installation on the base layer is possible.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】ブロックの下面の希望する場所へCAモルタルおよび流状物を水頭圧を利用して流出させることが出来る工法を提供する。【解決手段】舗装体の基層上に目開き幅が4mm以上を有するコイルを設置した状態、もしくは袋状の網でコイルを覆い、このコイルを基層上に設置した状態、または基層上に設置したコイル上に網の目開き幅が4mm以上の網で覆ってから、設置物の周囲を砕石もしくは骨材で覆い、敷き均した後で、その上にブロックを設置する。設置後、コイルの空隙部からCAモルタルまたは流状物質を流し込むことにより、CAモルタルはコイルの中を流れ、コイル上の網目からCAモルタルが流出してスペーサー組織を構成する。またコイルの長さによりブロックの下面の離れた場所までCAモルタルが行き届く工法である。設置するコイルの長さおよび場所には制限が無く、基層上に自由に設置できる。【選択図】なし
