CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SUPERSTRUCTURE ON WATER AND STRUCTURE OF SUPERSTRUCTURE
To provide a construction method of a superstructure and a structure of the superstructure which can reduce a complicated work on the water on an upper end of a pile erected in a water bottom ground while absorbing an error at a pile installation position.SOLUTION: A construction method of a superstructure uses a pile head body 2 that has an insertion part 3 that vertically extends inside a sheath pipe part 6 and projects downward from a lower end opening of the sheath pipe part 6, and connection beam parts 5 that are joined to an upper end side of the insertion part 3, penetrate through the sheath pipe part 6, and extend in front, rear, right and left sides, in which a lower end of the sheath pipe part 6 projects downward from each of the connection beam parts 5, provides a partition plate 16a inside each pile 16, loosely inserts the insertion part 3 into the piles 16, mounts each of the connection beam parts 5 on the upper end of the pile 16 inserted between the insertion part 3 and the sheath pipe part 6, connects the adjacent pile head bodies 2 with a beam 10, fills a space between an inner peripheral surface of the pile 16 above the partition plate 16a and the insertion part 3 with infilling concrete 8, fixes the pile head body 2 to the upper end of the pile 16, fills a space between the sheath pipe part 6 and the pile 16 with a filler G, and covers each of the pile head bodies 2 and the beam 10 with a floor plate 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】水底地盤に立設された杭の上端部に、杭の打設位置の誤差を吸収しつつ、水上の煩雑な作業を削減できる上部工の構築方法および上部工の構造を提供する。【解決手段】鞘管部6の内部で上下に延在して鞘管部6の下端開口から下方に突出する挿入部3と、挿入部3の上端部側に接合されて鞘管部6を貫通して前後左右に延在する接続梁部5とを有し、鞘管部6の下端が各接続梁部5よりも下方に突出した杭頭体2を使用し、各杭16の内部に仕切板16aを設けて、挿入部3を杭16に遊挿し、挿入部3と鞘管部6との間に挿入させた杭16の上端に各接続梁部5を載置し、隣り合う杭頭体2どうしを梁10で連結して、仕切板16aよりも上方の杭16の内周面と挿入部3との間に中詰めコンクリート8を充填して杭頭体2を杭16の上端部に固定し、鞘管部6と杭16との間に充填材Gを充填し、各杭頭体2および梁10を床版13で覆う。【選択図】図2
