To provide a composite material with a reinforcing fiber bundle capable of enhancing strength around a bolt hole, and a bolt-fastened structure.SOLUTION: A composite material with a reinforcing fiber bundle comprises: a composite material constituted of a plurality of laminated fiber reinforcing resin sheets, and having a bolt hole that penetrates in a thickness direction; and a fiber bundle provided in one of the fiber reinforcing resin sheets that constitutes at least one surface of both surfaces of the composite material arranged in the thickness direction, and is orientated along a circumferential direction of the bolt hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
