CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND WORK MACHINE
To provide a construction support system and a work machine that can provide construction support according to an intention of a worker and can further improve the safety of the worker while suppressing a decrease in work efficiency.SOLUTION: A construction support system provided with a controller 11 that performs construction support processing based on a positional relationship between a worker 3 and a hydraulic excavator 1 comprises: an approach intention detection device 52 that detects an intention of the worker 3 to approach the hydraulic excavator; an approach intention presenting device 58 that presents the detection result of the approach intention detection device 52 to an operator of the hydraulic excavator 1; and an approach confirmation acquisition device 59 that acquires the confirmation state by the operator of the hydraulic excavator 1 to the presentation contents of the approach intention presenting device 58. When the operator of the hydraulic excavator 1 refuses an approach of the worker or does not confirm the intention of the worker to approach, the controller 11 performs the construction support processing based on the position information on the worker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
