To provide a door guide mechanism of a suspension type door that is versatile and can be easily installed.SOLUTION: The door guide mechanism comprises: a first door guide part 10 including a first plate body part 20 having an abutment plate part 21 abutted to a door side frame face 110a and a floor face extension plate part 22, and a first guide roller 33 arranged opposite to the abutment plate part 21 on the floor face extension plate part 22; and a second door guide part 50 including a second plate body part 60 integrally connected with the floor face extension plate part 22, and a second guide roller 73 arranged so as to pinch a bottom edge of a door 120 with the first guide roller 33 so as to guide the same in a sliding direction, in a region where a sliding remainder part 120a on the second plate body part 60 is arranged. At least one of the three portions of the abutment plate part 21, the floor face extension plate part 22 and the second plate body part 60 is fixed in a fixable position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
