SETTLING AND FIXING METHOD FOR BOX BODY CONSTITUTING TEMPORARY COFFERDAM BODY, AND FIXING STRUCTURE
To provide a settling and fixing method for a box body constituting a temporary cofferdam body which can efficiently and highly accurately settle and fix a box body having a comparatively large scale onto a bottom plate, and a fixing structure formed by the settling and fixing method.SOLUTION: In a weir having a weir column and a main gate that extends to a side part of the weir column and can be freely ascended and descended, a settling and fixing method for a box body, which constitutes a temporary cofferdam body constructed in the periphery of the weir column and is arranged in the periphery of the weir column, includes: a guide installation step of installing leg part guide steel materials 17 and 18 in a bottom plate 15 below the weir column; and a settling and fixing step of settling a box body 20 and grounding the box body to the bottom plate 15, and fixing the box body. The leg part guide steel materials 17 and 18 include a tapered guide part 18, and the settling and fixing step grounds a lower end of the settled box boy 20 to the bottom plate 15 while guiding the lower end by the guide part 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
