To enable the construction period to be shortened and the construction cost to be reduced, so that a floor slab can be replaced efficiently.SOLUTION: A floor slab replacing method is provided which include the steps of: employing one existing first composite floor slab 1A side divided in the left-right direction as a floor slab replacement area, and also employing the other existing second composite floor slab 1B side as a floor slab non-replaceable area; newly installing a new first composite floor slab 1A in the place where the one existing first composite floor slab 1A was removed; employing the one newly installed second composite floor slab 1B side as the floor slab non-replaceable area and also employing the other existing first composite floor slab 1A side as the floor slab replacement area; newly installing a new second composite floor slab 1B in the place where the other existing second composite floor slab 1B was removed; constructing a joint 2 between the newly installed second composite floor slabs 1B; and employing the other newly installed second composite floor slab 1B side as the floor slab non-replaceable area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
