WOODEN CONSTITUENT PART STRUCTURE OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a wooden constituent part structure of a building improved in fire resistance performance of wooden constituent parts such as beams and columns of the building, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A hydrate-based paste material is coated or sprayed onto a surface of a wooden constituent part 2 constituting a building to a thickness set in advance to cover the surface with a heat absorbing layer 3, and a fire retardant paint is coated or sprayed onto a surface of the heat absorbing layer 3 to cover the surface with a watertight layer 5. Heat absorbing effect by transpiration of crystallization water in the hardened hydrate-based paste material improves a fire-resistant performance of the wooden constituent part 2, and secures fire-resistant performance of the wooden constituent part 2 by keeping the heat absorbing effect of the heat absorbing layer 3 by flame resistance and evaporation preventive effect of water by the watertight layer 5. A surface layer of the watertight layer 5 is covered with a wooden surface layer material to form a wooden outermost surface layer 6, and the wooden surface layer material is used as a wooden surface of the building. A sheet material is set between the watertight layer 5 and the heat absorbing layer 3 to form a sheet layer 4 for preventing direct contact of both layers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築物の梁・柱等の木製構成部の耐火性能を向上することが可能な建築物の木製構成部構造及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建築物を構成する木製構成部2の表面に水和物系練り材を予め設定された厚さに塗布又は吹き付け施工して吸熱層3で覆い、吸熱層3の表面に難燃性塗料を塗布又は吹き付け施工して水密層5で覆う構成とし、硬化した水和物系練り材中の結合水の蒸散による吸熱効果により木製構成部2の耐火性能を向上すると共に、水密層5による難燃性及び水の蒸発防止効果で吸熱層3の吸熱効果を維持して木製構成部2の耐火性能を確保する。水密層5の表層を木製表層材で覆って木製最表層6とし、この木製表層材を建築物の木材表面とする。水密層5と吸熱層3の直接的な接触を防止するために、両者の間にシート材を介装してシート層4とする。【選択図】図1
