To provide a technique to open and close opening/closing bodies in an appropriate order when multiple passengers get into a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle control system includes: imaging means for picking up passengers around a vehicle; estimation means that estimates characteristics of the passengers based on the images picked up by the imaging means; and control means that controls automatic opening and closing operation of multiple opening/closing bodies based on the characteristics of the passengers.
