To provide a sleeper fixing structure that can be easily and efficiently constructed not only in a normal place but also in a narrow place, can effectively prevent the position of a hook part from being displaced in the circumferential direction, and can be implemented at low cost.SOLUTION: The sleeper fixing structure comprises: a square cylindrical sleeve part 11 attached to a square hole 3a of a sleeper 3 so as to be relatively non-rotatable; an intermediate member 10 having a mounting part 12 projecting laterally from the sleeve part 11; a square shaft part 21 having a square cross section configured to be internally rotatable in the square hole 3a and internally fitted in the sleeve part 11 so as to be relatively non-rotatable; a screw part 22 connected to the upper end of the square shaft part 21; a square hook bolt 20 having a hook part 23 connected to the lower end of the square shaft part 21; and a nut member 30 screwed into the screw part 22 to sandwich a flange portion 2a and the sleeper 3 between the mounting part 12 and the hook part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
