RAIL FIXING STRUCTURE AND SLEEPER BODY DEVICE
To provide a rail fixing structure and a sleeper body device for simply completing the installation of a sleeper body and fixation of a rail to the sleeper body in a short time at a work site with a simple configuration in an aqueduct tunnel.SOLUTION: A rail fixing structure comprises: a sleeper body 2 made of steel plate material and installed in a direction orthogonal to the length of a tunnel; a pair of pressing parts 3 provided on the upper surface of the sleeper body, and opposite to each other on both sides by interposing a rail flange 43 of a rail 4 arranged so as to cross the sleeper body on the upper surface of the sleeper body; and the rail 4 mounted on the sleeper body and interposed and clamped between the pair of pressing parts. The pressing part 3 includes a pressing piece 31 whose one end is supported by the sleeper body and which is plastically deformed to abut on the rail flange of the rail to hold the sleeper body and the rail in a fixed state. The burying and erecting work of a buried pipe is executed smoothly and reliably by the combination of simple processes and water leakage, etc. is reliably prevented after construction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水路トンネルで、簡単な構成で作業現場において短時間で簡単に枕木体設置と枕木体へのレール固定を完了させるレールの固定構造並びに枕木体装置を提供する。【解決手段】鋼製板材からなりトンネルの長手に直交する方向に設置される枕木体2と、枕木体の上面に設けられた押え部3であって、枕木体上面で枕木体に交差するように配置されるレール4のレールフランジ43を挟んで両側に対向して設けられた一対の押え部3と、枕木体上に載置され一対の押え部間に挟装配置されるレール4と、を含む。押え部3は、一端を枕木体に支持されるとともに塑性変形によりレールのレールフランジに当着して枕木体とレールとを固定状態に保持する押え片31を含む。簡単な工程の組合せで円滑、確実に埋設管の埋設建込み作業を遂行し、かつ施工後に漏水等を生じることを確実に防止させる。【選択図】図1
