UNDERCOATING COMPOSITION FOR FLOOR SURFACE AND METHOD FOR FORMING UNDERCOATING FILM
To improve coating film dryness, form a coating film excellent in coating film appearance and adhesion, and improve workability.SOLUTION: An undercoating composition for floor surface contains a water dispersion type epoxy resin (A), a curing agent (B) and a viscosity control agent (C). The epoxy resin (A) may contain a specific epoxy resin (A-1) and a specific epoxy resin (A-2), the curing agent (B) contains an amine-based curing agent, and the viscosity control agent (C) contains silicate mineral. The total of solid contents of the epoxy resins (A-1) and (A-2) is 24 pts.mass or more, more than 30 pts.mass and 49.5 pts.mass or less with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of solid contents of the components (A), (B) and (C), a resin solid content of the resin (A-1) is 50 pts.mass or more and 100 pts.mass or less with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of solid contents of the resins (A-1) and (A-2), and an amount of the viscosity control agent (C) is 50 pts.mass or more and 250 pts.mass or less with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of the solid contents of the resins (A-1) and (A-2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
