TRANSPARENT UNDERCOATING MATERIAL AND CONCRETE PIECE EXFOLIATION PREVENTION METHOD, AND ALICYCLIC POLYAMINE USED FOR THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent undercoating material which impregnates and reinforces the surface of concrete even when the surface of the concrete is fragile, and prevents swelling of a transparent reinforcement layer even when the surface of the concrete is in a wet state, a concrete piece exfoliation prevention method, and alicyclic polyamine used for the same.SOLUTION: There are provided an undercoating material that has a transparent reinforcement layer which is formed by applied to a surface of a concrete structure and by applying a transparent polyurea resin coating material containing a non-yellowed isocyanate prepolymer and alicyclic polyamine, and is used for a wholly transparent concrete piece exfoliation prevention method, and is made of a bisphenol A type liquid epoxy resin, an alkyl phenol type liquid epoxy resin, a reactive diluent, polyamide amine and aliphatic modified polyamine; a concrete piece exfoliation prevention method; and alicyclic polyamine used for the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コンクリート表面が脆弱な場合であっても、該コンクリート表面に含浸し補強し、またコンクリート表面が湿潤状態であっても透明補強層に膨れを生じさせることが無い透明性下塗材及びコンクリート片剥落防止工法並びにこれに使用する脂環式ポリアミンを提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物の表面に塗付して形成され、無黄変イソシアネートプレポリマーと脂環式ポリアミンを含む透明なポリウレア樹脂塗材を塗付して形成される透明補強層を有し、全体として透明なコンクリート片剥落防止構造に使用する下塗材であって、ビスフェノールＡ型液状エポキシ樹脂とアルキルフェノール型液状エポキシ樹脂と反応性希釈剤とポリアミドアミンと脂肪族変性ポリアミンとから成ることを特徴とする透明性下塗材及びコンクリート片剥落防止工法並びにこれに使用する脂環式ポリアミンである。【選択図】なし
