DRY TILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND DRY TILE WALL SURFACE STRUCTURE AND TILE MOUNTING BRACKET
To provide dry tile construction means for fixing tiles stably for a long period of time and easily attaching and detaching tiles at the time of repair or dismantling.SOLUTION: In dry tile construction in which a tile 1 is attached to a horizontal furring strip 3 fixed to the building frame using a tile mounting bracket 2, the tile 1 includes a groove 5 on the back side where the width on the depth side is wider than at least one entrance, the tile mounting bracket 2 includes a clip portion 10 that engages with a spring leg portion and the horizontal furring strip 3 that are fitted into the groove 5 on the back surface of the tile 1 and fixed to the tile 1, and the horizontal furring strip 3 includes a bearing portion 14 that receives and supports the clip portion 10 of the tile mounting bracket 2, respectively. The spring leg portion of the tile mounting bracket 2 is fitted into the groove 5 of the tile 1, and the tile mounting bracket 2 is previously mounted on the back surface of the tile 1, and the clip portion 10 of the tile mounting bracket 2 is hooked on the bearing portion 14 of the horizontal furring strip 3, so that the tile 1 is attached to the horizontal furring strip 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】タイルを長期的に安定して固定し、かつ改修時や解体時には容易にタイルを脱着できる乾式タイル施工手段を提供する。【解決手段】建物躯体に固定されている横胴縁３にタイル取付金具２を利用してタイル１を取り付ける乾式タイル施工において、タイル１は裏面に少なくとも１本の入り口に対して奥側の幅が広がっている溝５を、タイル取付金具２はタイル１の裏面の溝５に嵌入されてタイル１に固定されるばね脚部及び横胴縁３に係合するクリップ部１０を、横胴縁３にはタイル取付金具２のクリップ部１０を受け支える支承部１４をそれぞれ備え、タイル取付金具２のばね脚部をタイル１の溝５に嵌合してタイル取付金具２を予めタイル１の裏面に装着し、横胴縁３の支承部１４にタイル取付金具２のクリップ部１０を引っ掛けることでタイル１を横胴縁３に取り付けるようにしている。【選択図】図１
