HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTION AGITATION DEVICE WITH DOWN-THE-HOLE HAMMER AND HIGH-PRESSURE INJECTION AGITATION METHOD USING THE SAME
To provide a high-pressure injection agitation device and a high-pressure injection agitation method capable of creating an improvement body having a larger diameter than the conventional one.SOLUTION: A rod 1 and a construction monitor have a completely independent triple pipe structure comprising an inner pipe 9, a middle pipe 11, and an outer pipe 13. The inner pipe 9 is a flow path for the solidifying material slurry communicating with a nozzle 9c of the construction monitor, and has a vertical pipe portion 9a and a horizontal pipe portion 9b. A lower end of the vertical pipe portion 9a is provided so as to be continuous with the horizontal pipe portion 9b, and an outlet of the horizontal pipe portion 9b is the nozzle 9c. The middle pipe 11 is an air flow path 7a for driving a down-the-hole hammer, which communicates with a drive unit of the down-the-hole hammer 7. The outer pipe 13 is an air flow path that communicates with the nozzle 13c of the construction monitor, and functions as an air flow path for building an improvement body, an air flow path for preventing clogging of the air nozzle for building the improvement body, and an air flow path for preventing the collapse of a drilled wall. The inner pipe 11 and the outer pipe 13 are connected to the compressor via an air control flow path and an apparatus having switching means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来よりも大径の改造体を造成できる高圧噴射撹拌装置及び高圧噴射攪拌工法を提供する。【解決手段】ロッド1及び造成モニタは、内管9、中管及11び外管13からなる、完全独立の三重管構造である。内管9は、造成モニタのノズル9cに連通する固化材スラリー用流路であり、縦管部9aと横管部9bとを有し、縦管部9aの下端は横管部9bと連続する様に設けられ、横管部9bは出口がノズル9cとなっている。中管11は、ダウンザホールハンマ7の駆動部に連通するダウンザホールハンマ駆動用エアー流路7aであり、外管13は、前記造成モニタのノズル13cに連通するエアー流路であり、改良体造成のためのエアー流路、改良体造成用のエアーノズルの詰まり防止用のためのエアー流路及び削孔壁の崩壊防止用のエアー流路として機能し、中管11及び外管13は、切替え手段を有するエアー制御流路及び装置を介してコンプレッサに連結されている。【選択図】図1
