GRAPHITE CONTAINED CASTABLE REFRACTORY AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
To provide a graphite contained castable refractory and production method therefor that is inexpensive and superior in casting construction with low moisture content without using an expensive raw material as conventional.SOLUTION: A graphite contained castable refractory contains 1 to 15 mass% of flake graphite with an average particle diameter of 100 to 900 μm, 2 to 20 mass% of alumina fine powder with particle diameter of 20 μm or more and less than 100 μm, and 65 to 97 mass% of a refractory raw material. As one example of a production method thereof includes compounding and mixing 1 to 15 pts.mass of flake graphite with an average particle diameter of 100 to 900 μm, 1 to 20 pts.mass of SiC, 40 to 80 pts.mass of alumina, and 1 to 54 pts.mass of other refractory raw material so that the alumina fine powder with a particle diameter of 20 μm or more and less than 100 μm in the alumina becomes 2 to 20 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】従来のように高価な原料を使用することなく、安価に低水分量で流し込み施工に優れた黒鉛含有キャスタブル耐火物およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】黒鉛含有キャスタブル耐火物であって、平均粒径100〜900μmの鱗状黒鉛を1〜15質量%、粒径20μm以上かつ100μm未満のアルミナ微粉を2〜20質量%、および、耐火原料を65〜97質量%含有する。その製造方法の一例として、平均粒径100〜900μmの鱗状黒鉛を1〜15質量部と、SiCを1〜20質量部と、アルミナを40〜80質量部と、その他耐火原料を1〜54質量部とを、前記アルミナ中の粒径20μm以上かつ100μm未満のアルミナ微粉が2〜20質量部となるように配合し、混合する。【選択図】なし
