MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SPRAY COATING FILM COATED MEMBER AND SPRAY COATING FILM COATED MEMBER
To provide a manufacturing method of a spray coating film coated member capable of increasing an adhesion strength of a ceramic spray coating film, and reducing a strength reduction of a base material and a risk of a base material breakage of a ceramic sintered base material even when a blast processing for a base material composed of a ceramic sintered body is not performed.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: an adjustment step of adjusting a space volume Vvv(μm3/μm2) of a surface to be spray coated 10 of a ceramic sintered base material 1 to a predetermined range; and a coating step of coating the surface to be spray coated 10 of the base material 1 with a slurry composed of water and a ceramic raw material powder of which average particle diameter D50 is in a range of 0.5 μm or more and 6 μm or less by plasma spraying. In the adjustment step, the space volume Vvv and the average particle size D50 are adjusted in a range of 0.001≤(Vvv/(D50)3)≤0.40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セラミックス焼結体からなる基材に対してブラスト加工を行わない場合であっても、セラミックス溶射膜の密着強度の向上ができ、セラミックス焼結体基材の基材材料強度低下や基材破損の虞を低減できる溶射膜被覆部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セラミックス焼結体基材1の被溶射面10の空間容積Vvv(μm3/μm2)を所定の範囲に調整する調整工程と、前記基材1の被溶射面10を水と平均粒子径D50が0.5μm以上6μm以下の範囲に含まれるセラミックス原料粉末とからなるスラリーをプラズマ溶射して被覆する被覆工程と、を含み、前記調整工程は、前記空間容積Vvvおよび前記平均粒子径D50に対して、0.001≦(Vvv/(D50)3)≦0.40の範囲になるように調整する。【選択図】図1
