To provide a bucket device allowing sediment stacked in a teeth part to be easily removed, and a working machine therewith.SOLUTION: A bucket device 13 comprises a first bucket 20, and a second bucket 30 attached on the first bucket 20 open/closable around a rotation axis 32 as a center. A first teeth part 40 comprises: first long teeth 41 and second short teeth 42 placed alternatively in a rotation axis direction; a first swing plate 45 attached the first short tooth 42 swingably between two first teeth 41 around a rotation axis 45a as a center; a first connection member 47, of which one end is attached on the first swing plate 45 and on which the other end a first hook 47a is attached. A second teeth part 50 comprises first long teeth 51 and second long teeth 52 placed alternatively in a rotation axis direction, and a first fixing member 59 attached on the second long teeth 51 and allowing the first hook 47a to be detached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
