ROOF TRUSS UNIT AND ROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
To provide a roof truss unit and a roof construction method using the roof truss unit capable of facilitating construction work and shortening a construction period at a construction site, enabling construction of a roof excellent in load resistance, and facilitating transportation of members.SOLUTION: A rafter unit 1 comprising: a truss chord member 11 consisting of a top chord member 11a and a bottom chord member 11b arranged in parallel in the vertical direction; a truss web member 12 consisting of a bundle 12a disposed at predetermined intervals between the top chord member 11a and the bottom chord member 11b, and a diagonal member 12b disposed to connect a joint part between one strut 12a and the top chord member 11a and a joint part between the other strut 12a and the bottom chord member 11b; and a face material 13 attached to a frame consisting of the truss chord member 11 and the truss web member 12, is arranged so as to overlap at a top part T; one top chord member 11a is fixed to the other top chord member 11a and bottom chord member 11b, and one bottom chord member 11b is fixed to the other top chord member 11a and bottom chord member 11b, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築現場において施工作業の容易化及び工期の短縮を図ることができるだけでなく、耐荷重性に優れた屋根を構築することができ、しかも部材の運搬が容易な屋根トラスユニット、及び屋根トラスユニットを用いた屋根構築方法を提供すること。【解決手段】上下に平行に並んだ上弦材11a及び下弦材11bとから成るトラス弦材11と;上弦材11a及び下弦材11bの間に所定間隔で配置される束材12a、並びに一方の束材12aと上弦材11aの継目部及び他方の束材12aと下弦材11bの継目部同士を繋ぐように配置される斜材12bから成るトラス腹材12と;前記トラス弦材11と前記トラス腹材12から構成される枠体に張り付けられる面材13とから構成した垂木ユニット1を、頂部Tで重なるように配置し、一方の上弦材11aは他方の上弦材11a及び下弦材11bにそれぞれ固定し、一方の下弦材11bは他方の上弦材11a及び下弦材11bにそれぞれ固定した。【選択図】 図1
