DRIVING METHOD OF SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATOR
To provide a driving method of a solid-liquid separator that enables the solid-liquid separator to be downsized.SOLUTION: A driving method of a solid-liquid separator 1, which comprises a concentrating container 3 that receives liquid mixed with sand; a concentrated liquid tank 4 that stores concentrated liquid having concentrations of sand increased; a carrier device 5 extending obliquely upward; and a liquid feeding pipe 6 whose inflow port 611 is connected to the concentrating container 3 and whose outflow port 62 is arranged lower than the inflow port 611, and drives the carrier device 5 at a predetermined driving speed so that the sand in the concentrated liquid is carried out, which includes: a filling step of filling the liquid feeding pipe 6 with sewage by rising liquid level in the concentrated liquid tank 4 while driving the carrier device 5 at a driving speed lower than the predetermined driving speed; a liquid feeding step of feeding sewage in the concentrated liquid stored in the concentrated liquid tank 4 through the liquid feeding pipe 6 to the outside of the concentrated liquid tank 4 by utilizing a potential energy of the sewage to lower the liquid level in the concentrated liquid tank 4; and a carrying step of carrying the sand by driving the carrier device 5 at the predetermined driving speed after the liquid feeding step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】固液分離装置の小型化を実現可能な固液分離装置の駆動方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】砂混入液を受け入れる濃縮容器3と、砂の濃度の高まった濃縮液を貯留する濃縮液槽4と、斜め上方に向かって延在した搬送装置5と、流入口611が濃縮容器3に接続され、流出口62が流入口611よりも下方に配置された送液管6とを備え、搬送装置5を所定の駆動速度で駆動することで濃縮液中の砂を搬送する固液分離装置1の駆動方法であって、搬送装置5を前記所定の駆動速度よりも遅い駆動速度で駆動した状態で、濃縮液槽4の液面を上昇させて送液管6内を汚水で満たす充填工程と、濃縮液槽4に貯留された濃縮液中の汚水を、汚水の位置エネルギーを利用して送液管6を通して濃縮液槽4の外部に送り、濃縮液槽4の液面を低下させる送液工程と、送液工程の後に搬送装置5を前記所定の駆動速度で駆動して砂を搬送する搬送工程とを有する。【選択図】図4
