DRAINAGE MOUNTING PIPE REPAIR METHOD AND IMPREGNATION DEVICE
To provide a repair method that makes it unlikely for air to enter or to produce impregnation spots in the impregnation of synthetic resin, and makes it possible to repair a drainage mounting pipe easily and with stable quality.SOLUTION: The repair method includes the steps of: inserting a first film member (41) into an entire drainage mounting pipe (1) by feeding the cylindrical first film member (41) while reversing it using a reversing machine (10); preparing a repair member (45) having a base fabric part (46) impregnated with a synthetic resin and a second film member (47); connecting one end of the repair member (45) to one end of a reversing rubber member (48); inserting the repair member (45) and the reversing rubber member (48) into the inside of the first film member (41) by feeding the repair member (45) and the reversing rubber member (48) while reversing them using the reversing machine (10); inserting the repair member (45) and the reversing rubber member (48) into the first film member (41) and inserting them into the entire drainage mounting pipe (1); hardening the synthetic resin; and pulling out the reversing rubber member (48) and the second film member (47).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】合成樹脂の含浸で空気の入り込みや含浸斑などを生じさせ難くし、排水取付管の補修を簡便に安定した品質で行うことが可能な補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の補修方法は、反転機(10)を用いて筒状の第1フィルム部材(41)を反転させながら送り出すことにより、第1フィルム部材(41)を排水取付管(1)の全体に挿通させること、合成樹脂が含浸した基布部(46)と第2フィルム部材(47)とを備える補修部材(45)を準備すること、補修部材(45)の一端部と反転ゴム部材(48)の一端部とを接続すること、反転機(10)を用いて補修部材(45)及び反転ゴム部材(48)を反転させながら送り出すことにより第1フィルム部材(41)の内側に挿入すること、補修部材(45)及び反転ゴム部材(48)を第1フィルム部材(41)内に進入させて排水取付管(1)の全体に挿通させること、合成樹脂を硬化させること、及び、反転ゴム部材(48)及び第2フィルム部材(47)を引き抜くことを含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
