The mounting and protecting device comprises anauxiliary device and a protective device; the auxiliary device comprises two fixed seats, and guiders in U-shaped structures are cooperatively arranged on the two fixed seats; each fixed seat comprises a fixed base plate, an opening is formed in the fixed base plate, a fixed inner sleeve is arranged at the opening, and an external thread is arranged on the periphery of the fixed inner sleeve; theexternal thread of the fixed inner sleeve is connected with an outer sleeve; a pin hole is formed in the fixed base plate and communicates with the opening, and a pin rod assembly is arranged in thepin hole; each guider comprises a U-shaped frame, the U-shaped frame comprises a C-shaped part, and fixed rods parallel to each other are arranged at the two ends of the C-shaped part; and roller assemblies are uniformly arranged on the C-shaped part. According to the mounting and protecting device for the drainage pipe for the building in the invention, through the structure composed of the auxiliary device and the protective device and used for installing the drainage pipe, the drainage pipe is protected while being quickly positioned and fixedly installed, so that the drainage pipe is prevented from being damaged due to external force.
