To provide a decorative sheet having high scratch resistance.SOLUTION: The decorative sheet includes a base material layer composed of a resin material, and a high-scratch-resistant layer that is provided on one surface side of the base material layer and contains a resin material and a nucleating agent or inorganic particles. The high-scratch-resistant layer contains a resin material, and a nucleating agent or a nucleating agent vesicle in which a nano-sized nucleating agent is included in a vesicle having an outer film of a single layer film, and is highly crystallized. Alternately, the high-scratch-resistant layer contains a resin material and inorganic particles, and has high hardness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
