To provide a window balancer device which is improved in durability of a spring and sustains a function thereof even in the case where the spring is damaged.SOLUTION: A window balancer device in this invention has an up-and-down movable window 4. A lower end part of the window 4 is rotatably connected to one end part of a connection member 13 and the other end part of the connection member 13 is rotatably connected to a link member 15. Expansions and contractions of a compression spring 17 cause a rotation of the link member 15. In a right and left direction orthogonal to the up-and-down direction of the window 4, a connection part 11b connecting the other end part of the connection member 13 and the link member 15 is made to be positioned in an opposite side to an installation position of the compression spring 17 in relation to a rotation shaft 15a of the link member 15 and the other end part of the connection member 13 is biased to move upward by a biasing force of the compression spring 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
