BALANCER AND DOUBLE-HUNG WINDOW COMPRISING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer etc. for suppressing scattering of a lubricant etc. while making processing/manufacturing easy.SOLUTION: A balancer 5 comprises: a cylindrical cam 11 that is formed so as to have a hollow axial center and is provided on the window frame 2 side so as to be capable of rotating around an axis; a slide rod 12 that is provided so as to be capable of being inserted/extracted into/from the inside of the cylindrical cam 11 and is fixed on a movable sash 4; and a torsion spring 13 for making energization force act on the slide rod 12 in a direction of opening the movable sash 4. The cylindrical cam 11 includes a spiral cam 31 formed in a spiral shape on a hollow inner surface along the longer direction. The slide rod 12 includes a cam drive pin 41 that engages with the spiral cam 31. Linear movement of the slide rod 12 with respect to the cylindrical cam 11 while rotation around the axis being restricted makes the cam drive pin 41 relatively move along the spiral cam 31 to make the cylindrical cam 11 rotate around the axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】加工・製造の容易化を図ると共に潤滑剤等の飛散を抑えるバランサー等を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のバランサー5は、軸心を中空に形成され、窓枠2側で軸周りに回転可能に設けられる筒状カム11と、筒状カム11の内部に対して出し入れ可能に設けられ、可動障子4に固定されるスライドロッド12と、スライドロッド12に対して可動障子4を開放する方向に付勢力を作用させる捩りバネ13と、を備え、筒状カム11は、長手方向に沿って中空内面に螺旋状に形成される螺旋カム31を有し、スライドロッド12は、螺旋カム31に係合するカム駆動ピン41を有し、スライドロッド12は、筒状カム11に対して軸周りの回転を規制されつつ直動することで、カム駆動ピン41を螺旋カム31に沿って相対的に移動させて筒状カム11を軸周りに回転させる。【選択図】図3
