To provide an illuminating device, optical members, an illumination system and an illumination method that can appropriately guide the way to a parking space with simple configurations.SOLUTION: An illuminating device 2 is positioned near a front end of entering direction to a parking space 4, and includes a light source that emits light, a light forming member that forms the light from the light source into light with height lower than a minimum ground height of a vehicle and emits it toward a rear side in an entering direction to the parking space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
