To prevent corrosion of a metal roofing material in the metal roofing material and a roof structure equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A metal roofing material 10 for a vertical flat roof includes: a main body part 11 covering a roof substrate material 20; a first engaging part 12 and a second engaging part 13 projecting upward at both ends in the width direction of the main body part 11 and engaging with the adjacent metal roofing materials 10; a flat plate-like fixing part 15 formed on a side opposite to the main body part 11 of the first engaging part 12 and fixed to the roof substrate material 20; and a support leg part 14 provided between the first engaging part 12 and the fixing part 15, lifting the lower end of the first engaging part 12 to a position above the fixing part 15 and supporting the first engaging part 12 so that a ventilation passage 40 extending from the eaves edge side toward the ridge tree side is formed between the roof substrate material 20 and the main body part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
