To provide a sheet holding tool securely holding a sheet to a scaffold with less labor.SOLUTION: A gripping portion 10 including engaging portions 11A, 11B engaging with eyelets 51A, 51B of sheets 50A, 50B, a connection portion 12, contact portions 13A, 13B, arm portions 14A, 14B, a pivotally supporting portion 15, and a fitting portion 17; and a binding portion 20 rotatably connected with the pivotally supporting portion 15 of the gripping portion 10; are wound around a pipe material 100. An embrace portion 30 having a sloped face 32 is fitted into a fitting hole 16 of the fitting portion 17 protruding from an insertion hole 22 of the binding portion 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
