    To provide a self opening mechanism that enables a double sliding door panel to perform self opening, and a double sliding door panel or a folding door equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A self opening mechanism 100 comprises a pull spring 17 attached to a pair of door panels 12, 13 capable of double sliding relative to each other.
