To provide a pipe trap and waste water pipe structure highly effective in suppressing deterioration of sealing function.SOLUTION: A pipe trap 10 comprises: an inflow side piping connection portion 36; a first downward curved pipe portion 38A that curves downward from the vertically upper side to the horizontal direction; a first upward curved pipe portion 38B that is placed downstream of the first downward curved pipe portion 38A and curves upward from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction; a second upward curved pipe portion 42A that is placed downstream of the first upward curved pipe portion 38B and vertically curves upward from the bottom to the horizontal direction; and a second downward curved pipe portion 42B that is provided at a position downstream of the second upward curved pipe portion 42A and curves downward from horizontal direction to downside in a vertical direction. The upper inner circumferential surface of the first curved pipe portion 38 composed of the first downward curved pipe portion 38A and the first upward curved pipe portion 38B is positioned higher than the arc curve of a virtual circle FC that has downward convex shape having diameter formed of the upstream end of the inner circumferential surface on the upper side of a pipe conduit and the downstream end of the inner circumferential surface on the upper side of the pipe conduit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
