DOOR HANDLE MECHANISM FOR VEHICLE
To provide a door handle mechanism for a vehicle, capable of reducing stress caused by a tensile force applied to a handle knob.SOLUTION: This door handle mechanism comprises: a handle case on a door panel of the vehicle; and a handle knob turnably attached to the handle case. One of the handle case and the handle knob includes a fitting projection, and the other includes a fitting reception part. The fitting projection has a high projection area, and a low projection area lower than the high projection area. The fitting projection has a stopper application part pressed to the fitting reception part on the basis of a force applied to an abutment part between the stopper of the handle knob and the stopper reception part of the handle case, and a largest opening handle application part pressed to the fitting reception part on the basis of a force applied to a handle in a case where the handle of the handle knob is receiving a tensile force to a circumferential opening side around a turning axis at the largest opening position. A part of the low projection area is disposed within a main interference range from the largest opening handle application part toward the circumferential opening side to the stopper application part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】車両用ドアハンドル機構にて、ハンドルノブに加えられる引張力に起因する応力集中を低減する。【解決手段】本発明のドアハンドル機構は、車両のドアパネル上のハンドルケースと、これに旋回可能に取り付けられるハンドルノブとを有し、ハンドルケース及びハンドルノブの一方が嵌合凸部を有し、同他方が嵌合受け部を有し、嵌合凸部が、高凸領域と、これよりも低い低凸領域とを有し、ハンドルノブの取っ手部が最大開放位置にて旋回軸線周りの円周方向の開放側に引張力を受けている状態で、嵌合凸部が、ハンドルノブのストッパ部及びハンドルケースのストッパ受け部間の当接部に作用する力に基づいて嵌合受け部に押し付けられるストッパ作用部と、取っ手部に作用する力に基づいて嵌合受け部に押し付けられる最大開放取っ手作用部とを有し、低凸領域の一部が、最大開放取っ手作用部から円周方向の開放側に向かってストッパ作用部に至る主干渉範囲内に配置される。【選択図】図5
